Planning a Successful Hill Phase
Hill training the Lydiard® way is the key to developing strength, power, speed and good form. The concept of 'tensegrity' – muscle elasticity and increasing stored power will be introduced. Hill training prepares the body for the faster workouts that are to come, and is a major contributor to how well the athlete will be able to take flight when racing.
