What a great day at our first UK Conference in Shrewsbury on Saturday. Talks and discussions led by Lorraine and Colin on What Makes a Good Coach, Developing a Feeling Base in the Modern World, plus a presentation by Dave Chanter on The Physiological Foundations of Lydiard Training. The highlight of the afternoon was a talk by Junior International Iris Downes on her journey to competing at the top level. Thanks to everyone for coming.
